The newest cuisine in Milwaukee featuring Seed to Table dining by Chef Thi Cao located on Becher Street.
We are proud to open our doors to the city of West Allis.
We feature a personality driven menu inspired by traditional and modern cuisine. Our partnership with Big City Greens provides us with Wisconsin’s locally foraged and farmed produce. Our relationships with independent growers gives us access to unique and rare ingredients. We cook with gratitude and reverence for both plant and animal.
We honor the traditions of the chefs that came before us while maintaining a playfulness with what we create.
A meal at Wild Roots is sure to satisfy both heart and soul.
